Mr Vipin Sondhi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

He did his schooling at The Lawrence School, Sanawar.

Key Achievements:

Mr Sondhi has 37 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering-based companies of which 21 years have been as MD & CEO.

He was MD & CEO of Ashok Leyland, which is the 2nd largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles in India with an international footprint. Prior to Ashok Leyland, he was the MD & CEO of JCB India for over 13 years and along with a talented team, he led it to sustained market leadership in Construction Equipment; as also established JCB India as a high-quality and technology global manufacturing hub for the parent.
