Johnny Iuzzini /u-zee-nee/ (born August 31, ) is a New York City-based American pastry chef, television celebrity, and cookbook author.
He served as executive pastry chef at Daniel from through and at Jean Georges from through Iuzzini is the author of two cookbooks[2][3] and was a judge on the first three seasons of The Great American Baking Show.
