Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco" Chanel (shə-NEL, French:[ɡabʁijɛlbɔnœʁkɔkoʃanɛl]ⓘ; 19 August 1883 – 10 January 1971)[2] was a French fashion designer and businesswoman.
